Are your grips getting a little tired? Are your grips the correct thickness and type for you? 

On many occasions we have been asked 'how do I relax at address, my hands and arms feel tense'. 99% of the time this is down to grip thickness. If a grip is too thin it means extra pressure is needed to control the club, gripping tighter will cause tension to creep up into the forearms and shoulders. It also means the player will grip right at the end of the club, the thicker part, to try and get more comfortable. This is not good for a relaxed, controlled and smooth golf swing or chipping and putting action.
